Delivery and Returns

Standard UK Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday. If your order is placed before 2pm it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day so if your order is placed at 2pm on a Friday it will be dispatched Monday.

For all UK standard deliveries, Soigné uses Royal Mail.

Our orders are tracked via Royal Mail. If your parcel does not fit through the your letterbox and no-one is available to accept your purchase, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection. If in the event your parcel has failed to be collected, it will be returned to us and unfortunately there will be a further charge in order for us to ship the items to you again. 

We cannot guarantee that your purchase will be delivered, should it be a bank holiday, therefore it should come on the next working day.

International Delivery Information

Soigné offer a fully tracked service with DHL Express to fulfil all orders. Depending on the delivery destination, DHL Express deliveries will be made within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of your dispatch email. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot guarantee what the cost may be. If you require further information regarding this please contact your local customs office. If no-one is available to accept the delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange collection.

UK: 2-3 working days

Rest of the world: 5-14 working days

 

Returns Policy

We are sure you'll love your order but should you be unhappy, Soigné accepts returns and exchanges of unused items within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately we're unable to cover the cost of return postage on unwanted items.

Please email us: info@soignecosmetics.com with RETURN  and your order number in the subject line stating why you wish to return your product in the email body.

Please return your products within 14 days of receipt of the products, unused and in their original packaging. Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if the products don't make it back to us safely.

We will respond with further information on the returns process. Please allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your refund, though please be advised that it may take between 3 - 5 working days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.

All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.
